Initial step was site possession in which the site was handed over to Eiwan Developments. This allowed Eiwan to occupy the site and pursue its developmental operations.
Soil investigation was conducted which determined the physical properties of soil at our construction site. This done with the aim of determining whether the soil was safe and solid for construction.
A topographic survey was done through which data about the elevation of points across the land was gathered. Topographic maps were used to show the elevation and grading features for the architects, engineers and building contractors involved in the project.
The site demarcation process created a temporary boundary around the site with the purpose of defining the actual premises for our land.
Following the demarcation process, the next step was to raise pillars throughout the demarcation line of our site.
To have a general vision of Oshun project, a concept master plan was developed. It was a mapping of our idea of what we are planning to implement.
An important process implemented on our site to remove trees, shrubs, stumps, and rubbish to clear the land for construction.
Demarcation of Camp Office was carried out and then boundary wall was constructed throughout its demarcation line for further construction of our site camp office.
Warehouse construction for site related work is being carried out for storing construction related inventory.
Construction of OSHUN DRIVE is in progress according to the defined timeline.
Construction of permanent site boundary wall throughout the pillars is under process that were installed according to the demarcation line.
We have initiated this program by providing a transformer to a village nearby our construction site for electricity purpose.
